Mod engine allows game files to be dynamically patched so that you don't have to extract the game archives with UXM to use (which was the case for previous DS3 mods). This mod is also the first mod to use DS3 ModEngine, which is an injection DLL that makes using mods easy to install and safe to use from banning. It's nowhere near the size of a Daughters of Ash mod, doesn't really have a plot, and mostly follows the standard DS3 progression with areas being edited to varying degrees, but it's a cool look at cut mechanics and a good teaser for the future of potential DS3 mods. This mod uses the latest and greatest DS3 modding tools to edit gameplay and levels in a way to reveal this cut content, and has a few surprises as well.
